Onsite Action Staffing can provide an on-site manager, typically for those clients with larger staffing requirements. The on-site manager implements your Quality Assurance Program by serving as the initial point of contact for new hires, providing a general orientation to the company and the work environment, creating badges and ID cards, issuing essential equipment for the task and introducing the new hires to the company supervisor.
The on-site manager handles attendance issues, questions or problems and discipline issues as needed. The on-site manager prepares reports to the client that include key performance indicators, average fill rate, absentee rates, turnover, etc. By working closely with your company supervisors, the on-site manager has a better understanding of your operational situation and is able to be more responsive to changes in manning levels that may be required to meet seasonal or production demands. Through first-hand observation of performance levels and the work environment, our on-site managers have proven their worth by increasing employee efficiency, decreasing turnover and, in general, being able to resolve small problems before they become big problems.
With Action Staffing, you can be confident that we’ll provide your company with the best available resources who will perform their duties as you expect and deserve.Let's get started!
